01Do you only work with companies in Charlotte, NC?+
No. I'm based in Charlotte, NC, but I work remotely with clients across the US. On-site engagements are easiest in the Carolinas — Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, Asheville, and the surrounding metros.
02How much does a typical AI consulting engagement cost?+
It depends on scope. The DIAGNOSE call is free. The SCOPE phase is a flat fee that's small relative to the build. The BUILD itself is fixed-price, agreed up front, no surprises. The intake form has a budget-range field — pick what fits and we'll talk from there.
03Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. Send your standard NDA with your intake or I can send mine — whichever moves faster.
04Will my data be used to train AI models?+
No. Anything you share stays between us. I don't fine-tune on client data, don't sell data, and don't pipe sensitive material into external systems that train on inputs.
05What if I'm not technical?+
Good — that's exactly who this practice is for. I won't make you read architecture diagrams or learn what a vector database is. We work in plain English and I translate the technical parts.
06Do you build custom AI agents and automations?+
Yes. Bespoke apps, agent systems, internal tools, and workflow automations are core to what I do. The intake form has a 'bespoke app or tool' option — pick that and tell me about your use case.
07What is your typical timeline?+
A DIAGNOSE call usually happens within a week of intake. SCOPE is about a week. BUILD is 2–8 weeks depending on complexity. Most engagements complete inside 90 days end to end.
